CTET 2020 Application Form, Dates, Eligibility, Pattern and Syllabus
CTET online form 2020 submission process has been extended again till March 9. Interested candidates can fill the CTET application form on the official website of the exam latest by 11:59 PM. However, they can pay the CTET application fee by March 13 (3:30 PM). Also, the final verification of payment of application fee can be done by March 16.
It may be noted that this is the second time Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has extended the CTET application date. Initially, the last date to fill the CTET application form was February 24. Later, the board extended the last date till March 2. Now, the board has extended the deadline again to March 9. The CTET 2020 application form was released on January 24.
Before starting with the registration process, candidates are advised to ensure that they meet the CTET eligibility 2020 The CTET 2020 exam will be conducted by CBSE on July 5.

How to fill CTET Application Form 2020?
Aspirants need to follow the below-mentioned steps in order to successfully register for CTET exam:
Step 1: Register for CTET 2020 Exam
To register, candidates need to visit the official website of the exam (ctet.nic.in) and click on the link available for the application form. Thereafter, candidates need to click on the Apply button under the New Candidate Registration header. Candidates need to read and download the information brochure carefully and click on the checkbox at the bottom of the page. Next, candidates need to click on ‘Click Here to Proceed’. On clicking the button, CTET registration form 2020 will open on the screen. In the online form, candidates need to fill the below-mentioned details:

Once all the information in the registration form is filled, candidates need to verify all details entered and click on the checkboxes at the end of the page. Thereafter, click on the Final Submit button. Note down the system-generated application number and retain it for future use.
Step 2: Fill CTET Online Application Form
To proceed towards filling the application form, click on the Complete Application Form button and fill all remaining details in the online form. Information that candidates need to provide in their application form for CTET Exam needs to be same as mentioned by them in their class X board exam.

Once all details are filled, enter the security pin displayed on the screen and click on the Submit button. Verify all details entered carefully and click on the checkboxes at the end of the page. Thereafter, click on the Final Submit button.
Step 3: Upload CTET Documents
Next, aspirants need to upload scanned images of their latest photograph and signature in JPG format as per the below-mentioned specifications:

Once uploaded, enter the security pin and click on the checkbox at the end of the page. Thereafter, click on the Upload button.
Step 4: Pay CTET Application Fee
Next, candidates need to proceed towards the CTET 2020 application fee payment. For the same, click on the Pay Examination Fee button. Choose the payment option (online/real-time e-challan) and click on the Proceed button. Pay the prescribed fee through the selected mode of payment. It may be noted that candidates can pay CTET application fee by means of e-challan in Syndicate Bank/Canara Bank or by means of credit card/debit card/net banking.

Once the fee is successfully submitted, CTET confirmation page will be generated and candidates’ application process will be complete. Further, candidates should take a print of CTET 2020 confirmation page and keep it for future reference, if any.
CTET Application Form Correction 2020
The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) gives candidates one chance of correcting incorrect information in the CTET application form (if any). The CTET application form correction window is opened for about a week after the registration process gets over. Candidates can make corrections (if any) in the following particulars of the application form:

CTET Registration 2020: Things to Keep in Mind
Some of the important points to keep in mind regarding CTET 2020 registration are:
-Candidates should mention their own mobile number and email ID while filling the application form as all the communication regarding CTET exam is done through mobile and email only
-Candidates must retain the copy of confirmation page and candidate copy of e-challan (if fee paid through challan) for future reference
-No correction in the application form is accepted through offline (fax/application) or online (email) mode. Candidates have to wait for the CTET application correction window to open to make any changes in the form
