Steps to Download SSC GD Constable Physical Admit Card 2024
- Visit the Official Website: Go to rect.crpf.gov.in.
- Find the Admit Card Link: Click on the link titled “E-Admit card of PST/PET followed by DV/DME” under the recruitment section.
- Enter Your Details: Provide your Registration ID and Date of Birth to access the admit card.
- Download and Print: Download and print a copy of the admit card for use during the PST/PET.
SSC GD Physical Test Standards
Physical Efficiency Test (PET)
- Male Candidates: Run 5 kilometers in 24 minutes.
- Female Candidates: Run 1.6 kilometers in 8.5 minutes.
Physical Standard Test (PST)
- Height Requirements:
- Male: 170 cms
- Female: 157 cms
- Chest Measurement (For Male Candidates Only):
- Unexpanded: 80 cms
- Minimum Expansion: 5 cms
- Weight: Weight should be proportionate to height and age.
